New Book From Dr. Cosby
Bill Cosby is currently working on a book that will be published in October 2007 by publisher Thomas Nelson Inc. of Nashville, TN. The book is titled "Come On People! On the path from victims to victors."

Bill Cosby is also working on two CDs: State of Emergency and Keep Standing. State of Emergency is a rap CD that will be a companion to his book "Come on People." Keep Standing is a jazz CD. Both will be available on billcosby.com in October 2007.

NVLP is co-founded by producer, educator and philanthropist Dr. Camille O. Cosby and award-winning former television network journalist Renee Poussaint.

The Hello Friend/Ennis William Cosby Foundation is dedicated to fulfilling the goals and dreams of Ennis Cosby.  The Foundation equips teachers, parents and students with the practical information and educational tools needed to understand and address the needs of all learners before they experience the corrosive effects of frustration and failure.

The Cosby Scholar Program, initiated in September 2000, awards the Ennis William Cosby Graduate Certificate to successful participants teaching kindergarten through second grade in NYC public schools. Each year, 28 recipients of the certificate are enrolled in a specialized, two year graduate program at the Fordham University School of Education. Teachers who participate in the program, which is designed to prepare teachers to recognize, understand and address typical learning differences that place students at risk for learning to read.  Since its inception, 186 Cosby Scholars have participated in the program, reaching an estimated 15,700 NYC primary level children. Many of the Cosby Scholars have become leaders in their field.
